Snow Days!

2 days off from "work" as Garrett calls it!! The boys and I had a great time! We baked it up, watched movies, played games, did crafts. It was fun and exhausting all at the same time! What a blizzard, 14 inches of snow! Huge drifts! Garrett loved watching the plows, people shoveling, and snowblowers! Too bad it was -40 out, no sledding yet, maybe this weekend!
Pretzel dipping with sprinkles!

Frosting!

Making some very cute Gingerbread Men!

Pretzel making!

Gingerbread house making!

The finished product!!! The boys enjoyed creating another Fogle Gingerbread house! Christi, Nate, and Morgan joined us this year! What a fun night!
You see our Elf on the Shelf, Mr. Peter who flies nightly to the north pole to give Santa a report. The boys can hardly wait to run downstairs each morning to see where Peter has returned to. A new spot every day. However, one day it was the basket by the back door, bad choice, Zeno got him!! Peter now chooses very wisely :)!! (if it's too cold, he doesn't go :)....that could also be translated into Mom/Dad forgetting to pick a new spot for him! Hey, whatever works!)
The Lowry's first Gingerbread making!

Intense!

Garrett was so proud to create his own gingerbread man. He loved the green frosting and nibbling at the candy!

Miss Morgan sat back and took it all in her first year, I'm sure next year will be much more hands on!!!

Children's Museum

A cool rollar coaster to drop golf balls through!
Our little farmer!

A pizza restaurant! Landen loved this spot, no surprise!

Garrett shopped forever in the grocery spot! "cookies, mom"!

Yep, I'm big!!!

Hotel Fun

The boys were so wound up!! They loved being in a hotel room; from where to put their shoes to room service! It was adorable!!
Cuddling with Mom so Garrett could be "safe" in a big bed. He some how did manage to fall out of the bed even though the piles were stacked 3 high?!

Pizza in bed with a fun holiday movie! What more can a 2 year old ask for?!

Checking out the holiday lights around the hotel.

The boys were sooo excited, they loved even the littlest thing of watching where Daddy parked the car outside from our window. The best was when we saw a tall, the tallest girl I've ever seen in the elevator. Garrett says, "Hawkeye?" Looking right at her, She then says, "no, I play for Michigan and we play the Hawks today" OPPS! It was rather funny!

Watching the Hawks

We took the boys to Iowa City for a celebration weekend! Daddy's new job, Mommy's crazy candle season over, and 2 great boys! We hit the basketball game as both boys are so into Hawks right now!! It was a great weekend!
"2 boys" (Garrett's favorite saying) enjoying the HUGE ice cream cones!

A famous shot! Garrett was SO excited about this!!!

Loving every minute and taking it all in!!!

Off to see Santa

Over Thanksgiving we went to visit Santa! We had a great Sunday afternoon at the mall, the only time of the year I think all 4 of us are at the mall together. We had fun seeing Santa, riding the train, and eating at Jimmy Johns for subs. The boys (all 3) love this spot!!
Landen was great and went to sit on Santa's lap by himself, but asking out loud for the DS was a struggle. He did it though!! Garrett only went with Daddy and whispered as well, "a choo choo please". (at least he used his manners!)

Mr. G-Man, 2.5 years old!

Holiday Happiness! Love the trees, the lights, the songs, the books, Elf on A Shelf that Santa delivered early named: Peter, the cookies, the pretzels dipped in goo, and remembering the true Reason for the Season, Baby Jesus's b-day!! They are so much fun right now!

Mr. Landen at 5.5 years old!

Craziness!

Garrett, Melanie, and Morgan....
Garrett's girl is Melli !!! They play so hard together and both love tractors! Melanie found her way in and out of the shopping cart, she is a peanut! Garrett loved pushing her around!

NO PANTS DANCE!!

"Can we fix it? YES WE CAN"

Cousin Morgan...

I just love Miss Morgan! She is the sweetest thing that loves to laugh, dance, and run wild with the boys! I love how much she loves our crazy dog, "eno" (aka Zeno)
"Landen, can I please drive your firetruck by myself and wear your helmet(backwards, but who cares?)"

Landen is the best big cousin!!! He is so thoughtful and helpful with Morgan.

Craft time!!!

G and Morgan are hilarious together!! They love to play together, but sharing is another thing! Garrett loves to help her learn new things as well!
